“EGYPTIAN CARTOUCHE CARDS” -
‍ ‍
A MANUAL FOR BEGINNERS, PHILIP‍ ‍

The development and compilation of “Egyptian Cartouche Cards— A Manual for Beginners” acknowledges the original spiritual authorship of Murry Hope, metaphysician, from her original book, “The Way of Cartouche”, published in 1985. My deepest gratitude, unreservedly given to the author’s original work, development, and invaluable intuitive contribution in raising conscious-spiritual and divination awareness of this discipline. When the book and accompanying cards were first released, 3,000 decks were sold. Later, Murry Hope joined with Jed Collard to create Ostraris Publications, promoting the original publication book and accompanying Egyptian Cartouche Cards. Murry now continues her spiritual quest and journey within the etheric-spirit realms.

“The original cartouche card deck comprises twenty-five cards, each having a number and descriptive image. The cards portray a god, goddess, or element, and a set of Egyptian hieroglyphics that describe the image and encapsulate its power. Each card has a fixed or mobile nature. Each card’s divination interpretation can be intuitively interpreted from a Spiritual, Mental, or Material level. The response is dependent on how you mentally and intuitively formed your initial question. When laying the singular card[s] on a table, they may appear in an upright or reversed position. Their individual reference will be different. [Similar to using Tarot cards//or a similar divination]

MORE RESOURCE INFORMATION

Download The Beginner’s Manual as a PDF file. Philip, PDF. The manual includes templates on how to creatively make your own set of 25 cartouche cards and use a divination layout. There is also a brief ready reference guide format on how to interpret card meanings, drawn from the original Egyptian Cartouche book by Murry Hope.

Metaphysically, Cartouche cards also correspond with the Tarot’s 22 Major Arcana, and its 56 minor cards. For example, the Cartouche’s Buckle of Isis, #25, is equivalent to The Empress card in the Tarot deck. Before applying your particular question, concern or universal problem when using the cartouche cards, I would suggest quietly meditating or developing a relaxation exercise for a few minutes. Then, with a calm mind, mentally or intuitively pose the question to the ‘Source or Universe.’

Reflection:

The Beginner’s Manual includes a very short reference guide, meaning chart. In practice, I’ve applied the Cartouche for over 40 years. This, alongside other metaphysical tools including Numerology, Tarot, Rune Stones, and Pendulum. I no longer offer personal consultations. My wife also uses the ‘Cartouche cards’ for personal use, which has proved very satisfactory. Wishing everyone success in your transformational awakening journey-wherever this may lead you. After all, ‘We are all spirits, having a human experience.’
